The Bill (Reg. No.3358) introduces amendments to the Criminal Code of Ukraine, establishing criminal responsibility for illegal transportation of special technical equipment for secret receipt of information through the customs border of Ukraine (Clause 201 of the Criminal Code), and for production, purchase, sale or use-oriented storage of such technical equipment (Part 1, clause 359 of the Criminal Code).
